Adorable companion dog, Chi Mix

Cute, healthy chi mix. “Lulu” is mellow, housebroken and 8 lbs. She is microchipped and spayed. She just turned 10 (life expectancy is 13-17), making her a great companion for several years to come. This doggie has been fed top-quality food and protein scraps- no health problems or digestive issues. Full dental done recently ($500). She enjoys little walks and hikes but is content with outdoor sniff time and scampering around the house. Lulu is not a super social dog- she will bond with an owner or couple or mellow family as a solo pet. She has not bitten, but gets a bit nervous around new people and other dogs. We are gone a lot, which makes her lonely, and all of the comings and goings with family and friends makes her nervous. She is the PERFECT companion dog for an older person or couple who would enjoy a lap warmer and going outside for potty breaks. Local adoption (San Clemente area) desired, as our youngest daughter would like to visit on occasion. Lots of dog gear included: kennel, bed, leashes, bowls, food, clothing, treats and grooming supplies. Rehoming fee of $150. If interested, please provide information about you, who lives in the home, yard/potty situation, why do you want a dog, etc. We want to be sure it is a good fit for both parties!
