VW Brake Drum Help

I have a 1970 Karmann Ghia that I’m limping back to health. It’s running now but the rear wheels drag. I’m guessing the wheel cylinders, shoes etc need help. I’d be in over my head if I attempted this. Is there a VW owner with experience that can help? Thank you
