Are you a beginning or seasoned yoga practitioner who wants to learn or strengthen your inversion and arm balance practice?
Want to learn how to headstand, forearm stand, or handstand?
Join me in my Inversion & Arm Balance Workshop and learn how to practice these poses safely on Saturday, June 25, 2022 from 2 to 4 pm.
We will start with a vinyasa warm-up, strengthen and stretch essential muscle groups, and practice fundamental drills before going into fun inversion and arm balance practice.
