Need someone to take photos inside of a property

Looking for someone who can stop by a property and go inside and take photos of the interior and do a walkthrough of the home and check for any leaks, mold, issues that might be going on with the house. Must be able to take clear and accurate photos, ideally have some knowledge of homes or possibly construction. Looking to have this done today.
