Free Studio apartment with all bills pd. and $500 per month. Must have experience in apartment and office maintenance.Please include experience when your reply. Must have experience with make readies, plumbing,painting, outside maintenance and other skills. Experience in HVAC would be a big plus. Must be able to install kitchenets. Must have transportation. This is part time. Some on call required.and requires about 20 hours per week depending on your experience. You would be able to have another job.
