Modular home builder is looking for a Construction team of at least 4 experienced people to help us with on-site setup of two tiny homes in Houston. We are looking for a reliable team that can follow our directions and produce clean and high quality work. We build the same unit so all installations are the exact same. Everything is pre-installed in our yard but cant be trucked installed, so you would simply need to be unpack and install the components. We pre-drill, pre mark, and try to make installation as simple and low-level as possible. We pay a fixed rate per unit completed. We have more work than we can handle so we can keep one team extremely busy. The work is done in our storage yard in the Pleasantville houston area. Work needed: General unpacking of materials Door and window installations Drywall repair (if necessary) Interior/Exterior painting (if necessary) Tile installations Cabinet and countertop caulking Sink and toilet installation Misc product installations Here is how the process works: We ship out units to the delivery site with all installation materials included We provide installation manual and videos on exact installation procedure You unpack the units and do the installations You and the owner sign off on your work We have enough jobs to keep a full time team very busy.
