You will be building and installing programs on Laptops, PC’s, installing Windows and many other different programs as well as wiping the laptops and PC’s. Responsible for fixing Return Merchandise.
Must know how to take apart and build different laptops and PC’s.
o Expectation: Knows the components of a laptop and PC’s (i.e. HDD, RAM, power supply, video card, motherboard, and etc.) and is able to identify them easily.
· Has intermediate computer troubleshooting experience (predominantly HP and Dell)
o Expectation: Can identify failed/failing components on a laptop and PC and replace if necessary (i.e. HDD, battery, keyboard, RAM, Wi-Fi, motherboard, and etc.).
· Has a basic understanding of BIOS (predominantly HP and Dell)
o Expectation: Is able to restore the BIOS to factory settings and then change the boot sequence to network boot (PXE) booth when necessary.

o Expectation: maintains a structured approach to processing materials. Processes items in sequence and does not miss/lose/neglect any materials that are to be processed.
· Customer Service:
o Must communicate well with customers and the sales team.
