I am a General Contractor. I just had my building permit issued. I need a foundation dug. It a crawl space. We have 87' Feet of digging. 36" in the ground. 24" wide. 3 corners. All dirt stays on the jobsite. No grading. No hauling. Ground is level. Access is fine. Front lawn will be damage and I the General Contractor will take care of that at a later time.
