I have an offer for the right person, I'm a 35-year experienced renovation contractor and I'm looking for someone to work with flipping houses and commercial building, you will need to make a lot of phone calls and be able to take good notes, also be able to understand some finance, look at properties and do area comparisons I tried this with a couple other people and all they did was take $$ and did nothing positive so this offer is going to be commission only, I think that gives us both more motivation to make things work, I would be happy with a retiree that has the energy and skills We can discuss % as soon as I think we should meet, please reach out to me here with a short note as to what you think you can offer
