Looking for someone to share my studio as my current studiomate is moving to new studio closer to their home. It is a private studio shared with only one artist. I'm looking for someone who is responsible and clean and easy to communicate. The price is one of the best. -350 include utilities -first, last, a deposit required -prefer to have someone someone long term as long as we get along but 3 months minimum stay please:) -size: your space will be about 182" x 80"/74"(slight difference left and light side) -there is no window in the studio but that means we get more walls;) -about 7 min walk from G Line Greenpoint station -24/7 access -heat, air, wifi, overhead lights, lounge, restrooms, slop sink, elevator for loading, natural light, mail/package delivery etc -at least one month notice is asked when leaving -Picture shown is space that will be yours and everything in the pictures will be gone. I have the other side of the studio. About me: A painter I do oil painting and drawing mainly, Clean and friendly;) Mostly in studio in the morning ~11am or at night after 8 so looking for someone who prefer to work in day time.
