Getting house ready for listing and need a general handyman that can do electric including troubleshooting, painting (including using a paint sprayer), deep cleaning, tree trimming - general odds and ends. Nothing I or my husband cannot do ourselves, just need help in the tight timeline. I have equipment. Emails only, no calls or texts. No address provided until an agreement is made. Willing to hire up to 2 people to get it done. Please provide examples of previous work and proof of insurance. Work will require lifting up to 100lbs, bending, stretching, working outside in the sun, and climbing on ladders.
