Participants Needed For Paid Jury Studies- WEDNESDAY-JULY 13th    Focus group sessions will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 in Tampa.  Registration and a light snack will begin at 2pm.  The focus group sessions begin at 2:30 PM sharp and last until 5:30 PM. Anyone that is age 18 and older may apply. The exact location details will be emailed to you if you are selected to participate. To apply as a participant, please contact via email and an application will be sent to you. If you have previously participated in a Focus Group with us, you will not be eligible to participate again.  If you are unsure, email and we can check.   We will be conducting Focus Groups in-person in our mock courtroom. Social distancing will not be possible. Participants will be screened by an honor policy where they are asked about symptoms and exposure to COVID 19. All participants are accepting the risk under this policy. Jury Study, the lawyers, law firms, or presenters involved, are not liable for any possible exposure to COVID 19 or resulting consequences.   Each focus group session will last three hours and will be video and audio taped for private use only. Nothing from the sessions will ever be published or available to the public and all recordings will remain confidential. Upon arrival, you will be required to sign a Confidentiality Agreement (a copy will be provided when you are approved). A focus group moderator will present actual cases for your review and consideration. After the presentations, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire outlining your thoughts and opinions about the cases. Compensation will be $60 cash for your three-hour participation.   You must be at least 18 years old and present a valid Florida driver's license to be eligible. You can only participate in one Jury Study.
