Job Summary: The Agriculture Construction Crew member is a critical part of the K&T Irrigation Field Service Team. The crew member is responsible for working with the team on new irrigation equipment installation, crash repairs,underground pipeline installation and pipeline repairs. Candidates for this position will transition into grain site assembly and assisting with equipment repairs later in the summer. During the coldest days and inclement weather, this individual will also assist with routine maintenance of company equipment. This candidate will contribute to the success of K&T Irrigation's Field Service team, and be dedicated to safety, quality and efficiency. Irrigation or grain site experience is not necessary. Candidates must be eager to learn, and actively seek to master the projects they are assigned to. This is a heavy labor job-- you will be working out in the elements year-round, either on irrigation projects or grain sites.
