Looking for a contactor to perform work on vacant homes in Ashland Kentucky and surrounding area. Work includes lock changes, grass cuts, winterizations, cleanouts, cleaning, general maintenance and bid work. Must have truck/trailer, generator, lawn equipment, air compressor, iphone/android and basic tools of the trade. Some experience helpful. Locks are provided. Pay is weekly
