We supply "ALL" material needed for jobs, but you must have skills and knowledge of: Handyman or basic repair Drywall repairs Plumbing Property Inspection and Condition Bids Interior/exterior painting Roof inspections, damage reporting and repair Requirements: MUST have own tools AND Transportation. Must be professional, reliable, and presentable. Must be an independent worker when necessary. Immediate work is available. Must be familiar with preservation requirements and damage reporting.
