Looking for someone with experience restoring wood floors. Need to refinish floors in Bronx condo. Doing Living Room, Foyer and hallways. Approximately 500 square feet. Will supply the equipment and supplies. Willing to pick up and drop off.
Please provide details of experience. Paying $250 per day to qualified persons.
Also Need a lead carpenter to lead two others on a small kitchen cabinet and bathroom vanity install in Coop City. May lead to more jobs. Need someone who has basic knowledge in plumbing (disconnect sink for demo) and reconnect sink when complete. The more tools the better. Willing to pick up and drop off.
