Construction company seeking employees to assist in apartment renovations starting around July 15.
Every year at this time We renovate/repair apartments that have been moved out of and get them ready for new students/families.
The ideal candidate would have apt maintenance experience with own tools but will train those with no experience.
The opportunity is here to make more money but will depend on your work ethic. At least 30 days of employment before any raises.
Job description would include fixing or replacing sinks, faucets, light fixtures, blinds, outlets, doors, door knobs,
Refrigerator, stoves, etc… whatever is broke we fix.
Job is fairly fast paced so if not in shape it’s probably not for you.
We work Monday-Friday 10 hour day and Saturday 6-8 hour day depending on work load for at least 6 weeks, after that we work 5 days.
Must be punctual—don’t be late
Must have dependable transportation
Must have good attitude as job requires working around customers and tenants.
Clean and organized appearance.
Must have clean background and references
This is a 1099 position so my guys take home $700-$1100 per week
Weekly pay on Friday
