SplitSpot is the biggest co-living company in the Boston area! We are looking for proactive and enthusiastic people to join our temporary team for the Summer season! You will be a key member of the team that will help us to guarantee that all our new tenants have a smooth experience during their move-in process! You are: An active person that likes challenges and is not afraid to tackle them. Sociable Team player Communicative Owns means of transportation Had experience with customer service is a plus What you will be doing: Inspecting properties following the inspection guidelines Reporting and updating property status according to “Inspections Guidelines” Distributing keys to centralized locations Delivering move in report to centralized location Installing property lockbox (if applicable) Organizing and updating physical key inventory Assisting team on move ins and move out for September 1st Availability requirement: Must be available Monday through Friday, 9-5PM, between 08/15/22-9/05/22. Willing to work more than 8 hours on August 31st and September 1st if necessary. Additional weekend availability may be required.
