Must be willing to work in a fast paced environment as we receive several jobs a week and need installers to be able to get the installs done in a timely manner. Must keep work area clean as we strive to maintain a positive view on our company. Must have great customer service as you will deal with the clients. Pay would be $0.25 / watt on each job to the crew. If the job is 10,000 watts, your crew makes $2500!
