If you have a name for your company then these are the steps to take: EIN-Some companies charge from $69.00 to $100.00 for the completion of the document...EIN's are free! Articles of Incorporation- SOSNC $63for electronic submission. I establish for all states not just for North Carolina. Non-profit status-IRS mandatory fee's $275.00 up to $600.00 fees could change any day! My fees are very reasonable to complete all three, two, or one...you decide. If you already have an EIN, then I will only need to complete the Articles and non-profit documents. Or if you don't have time...I will prepare for you. Once documents are submitted to the State or IRS, I have no control over approval time. My consultation fee is $50 per hour if you want one on one consultation. The class size must be a minimum of six no more than ten. My training fees are very reasonable. Class time TBD, length of class no more than one hour based on Q&A.
