Experienced Painter Wanted - Painting Gigs in Providence $20/Hour

We own and manage over 70 Higher End Apartments in Providence and are looking for an experienced painter, to help our company with mostly Interior Painting - Some Exterior painting. We have the all the equipment and provide the paint and supplies. Most of the work is painting that has to be completed quickly, and professionally before a tenant moves in or to get an apartment up for marketing ASAP. Most of the work has to be done during the day, but if you want to come in early or work late, it's not a problem. But we need to punch it out quickly. We do a lot of renovations and upkeep, and we have a LOT of work! *About You* Almost all the work is on the East Side of Providence, some in Fed Hill or East Providence, so as long as you have reliable transportation to the jobsite, that is all that matters. You have to work quickly, but also no sloppy painting (no rolling over outlets, or painting over door hinges, or drips over the floors). These are professional buildings, with high paying tenants... you have to act professionally while at the property... and I need someone who cares about them as if they were yours. You have to be able to work on your own (most times) but also work with others when we are trying to complete larger projects. Most of the work is flexible and we can be done around your schedule, but when it is "go time", we need someone dependable that will show up and get the job done. You must have a TaxID number. we can pay weekly with a company check. This is gig work so you would be paid as a contractor and would get a 1099 at end of year.
