It delivers an unparalleled yoga, tai chi, meditation, or Pilates experience that relaxes the nervous system, softens soft tissues & restores both body & mind. Our music has brainwave entrainment technologies built in to all of our musical compositions for healing and for exploring advanced states of meditation. In this vibroacoustic experience you will journey to the Cosmos and feel the vibrational healing for your mind, body, and spirit. Class will sonically realign your energy centers and bring harmony and balance to your life. We will have 5 Platforms(floor) and 1 Sonic Emersion table(raised) available for each journey..
