This is an animal shelter. We rent a small store in an old building. It is very hot here because the landlord will not replace the leaking the AC system. We have a portable small AC unit But we need a 4" inch hole drilled in the wall (old hard brick) but we do not want to damage the rest of the wall Then install a pipe for the hot air to go from the AC unit to outside, then please cover the hole outside with a 4" vent We are located near Gessner and I-10 Please send me the fee you would charge. thank you very much
