The main focus of this series of classes, is to share a space, find healing through a creative process for BIPOC community members, where we can talk about our culture and heritage while exploring new art forms, practice old ones while exploring new mediums: metal tooling, paper quilling, watercolor, clay, etc.

AMARANTA SANDYS
South Seattle based visual artist of 20 years in Seattle, born and raised in Mexico and inspired by women of color, zapatistas and the beauty of the NW, bright colors of my mexican heritage. A leader in the hispanic community, a visionary and community builder.
