Do you know how to get out of your mind and into your body? It takes courage to open up to the body. We store our past, our emotions, and our trauma in our bodies, and this can cause us to disconnect from the powerful soothing the body can bring in the present moment. With this active, participatory workshop we will explore the power of embodiment. Embodiment is the process of feeling your senses in your body. Instead of overthinking, overanalyzing, and stressing we can instead tune deeply into what the body has to say. This will be an exciting exploration into our own senses of what it means to reside in the body. Join me on July 16th at 7pm inside Mystic MVMT in Bremerton, WA. You are welcome to buy at the door, but please RSVP so I can prepare correctly. Tickets are $60 for one, $50 each if you buy 2+, or $40 scholarships. Scholarships are for those who feel they cannot afford the full price. I want these workshops to be accessible to all.
