Open to runners of all levels!
We kick off on TUESDAY 7/12 with an Intro Night at MSC Strength in Weymouth - 6:30pm. Participants will be given a 2 day strength program they can follow on their own and a 6 week running plan with variations for all levels. We will review an appropriate dynamic warm up, and the group will go through a movement assessment with the Core PTs so we can avoid injury.
Thursdays at 6pm starting on 7/14 will be group runs at Vitamin Sea Brewing followed by post run social.
Group runs will go until the BHZ 5k on 8/28
