Wild mushroom season is here and seats are now available for our newest dinner series. Field & Forest begins this Friday June 24th. Presented by Dunk’s Mushrooms in Brentwood, NH.
Chef Keith Wilson will prepare a wild four course menu with mushrooms and other foraged goodness.
Dunk’s Mushrooms Products and Foraging in Brentwood, NH provides quality mushrooms to restaurants, stores, and farm stands all over the Seacoast. As well as providing a wide range of culinary creations available in our retail store, or for home delivery through Three River Farmers Alliance and Brookford Farm. Our mushroom based dinners have been very well received, with two series completed since 2021. This will be the first dinner in our 3rd series. Focusing on wild foraged foods, Field & Forest promises to be an exciting experience.
This private dinner will accommodate 16 omnivorous guests at a family style table just feet from where some of the mushrooms are cultivated. We also have 2 pairs of VIP tickets available to sit at the chef's table in the kitchen and watch all the action while enjoying your meal. VIP tickets also include a special fifth course.
And always mushroom coffee will be brewing, ice water flowing, but, you are encouraged to bring any beverage that suits your fancy. (Adult or otherwise!)
Reserve your seats now as they tend to sell out fast and join us as we explore the seasonal bounty of New Hampshire. Come meet other fungus fans and who knows, you might even make some new friends!
The menu for this event is created just days and hours before it starts. Other than being loaded with mushrooms in various forms, this dinner may contain: Wheat, fish, shellfish, egg, meat, dairy, soy, tree nut & peanuts. No substitutions or modifications will be possible.
Doors open promptly at 6:00.
