Join us at the Log House Craft Gallery on July 22 when Chef Johnathon will be teaching us how to grill fish. If you have ever wanted to grill fish, but have been afraid it wouldn't turn out right, fear not. Chef will be teaching the tricks of the trade and you will learn how to make grilled bourbon honey-glazed salmon topped with a corn salsa and grilled asparagus. Enjoy the meal you made with new and old friends. After the meal you will get to enjoy some banana split pie!
