April 2nd, my brother returned from the Dominican Republic with his family and mysteriously fell very ill. He spent 2 months in the hospital including 2 weeks in the ICU and lost the ability to walk in the process. By the Grace of god and with all your prayers he pulled through. He is doing good and getting stronger each day. With the continued help of his doctors and physical therapist he will be able to ditch the wheelchair and dance like John Travolta again one day. Lol We are hosting this event to raise funds to help to cover medical expenses, equipment, supplies, and to help his family with loss of income. I can’t think of a better excuse to come out and have a great time with family and friends. Catch up with people you haven’t seen in a while!!! You can eat some good food, have a few drinks from the bar, dance to the music of DJ Manuel “Get Down” Feliciano, enjoy a performance from Ballet Folklorico Yolotzin, treat yourself to an item from the bake sale, and win some prizes.
