Every other Thursday in June and July, bring your LUNCH and LEARN something new about the basics of starting your small business. This 5 part series will cover Business Structures, Accounting and Bookkeeping, Marketing and Social Media, Customer Engagement, and Networking. Customer engagement is the ongoing cultivation of a relationship between the company and consumer that goes far beyond the transaction. It's an intentional, consistent approach by a company that provides value at every customer interaction, thus increasing loyalty.
