Dear Anxiety, Sponsored by NAMI Louisville & Selah House Outpatient Jeffersonville Attendees will learn the causes, signs, and symptoms of the mental illness known as Anxiety and how to better cope with symptoms. NAMI Louisville Executive Director Nancy Brooks, and Development Coordinator Jeremy Judah, will share many helpful tools you can utilize, provide insight on when to seek professional help, and share local resources to support your journey. Nancy Brooks is the Executive Director of NAMI Louisville, the local affiliate of the National Alliance on Mental Illness. Nancy joined NAMI Louisville nearly five years ago following a rich career in non-profit management in the arts and community development in both California and Pennsylvania. Her life-long passion surrounding mental health combines perfectly in this role where she has been able to relate her past experiences to bridge our local community's mental health needs in a creativy and forward-thinking way.
