This workshop is suitable for beginners.

What to wear:
Comfortable clothing.
If you can (not required) choose clothing from the following colors: Red, Orange, Yellow, Green. Blue, White or Lilac

Yoga Mat (if you have one).
Cushion, meditation cushion or something to sit on.

Bio:
JaeAna Bernhardt is a certified vibrational sound therapy practitioner. She has been facilitating private and group sound healing sessions for over 4 years.
Her passion for sound healing has allowed her to host sound sessions at various facilities including schools, hospitals, yoga studios and many other places.
JaeAna specializes in trauma sensitive sound healing, using singing bowls, chimes and various instruments to sooth the nervous system, which brings one to a place of healing, calmness and peace.
Angela Bliss is a certified 500 hour yoga teacher. She has been practicing yoga for almost 30 years. Having taught yoga in London, Turkey, Los Angeles, Angela is excited to now call Las Vegas home. Angela loves to share her knowledge of the chakra energy system though fun, informal workshops that create lifelong tools for finding a place of peace and calm within.
