Birch has reached double digits and we want to celebrate with all of you who helped us reach this milestone! Our culinary and bartending talent will be teaming up to create HEAVY appetizer and cocktail pairings for you to enjoy. Each team will be representing a local non-profit dear to our hearts. Non-profits at the Birch Birthday Bash include: Pullman Schools Food Pantry Program, Whitman County Humane Society, Big Table, Lauren McCluskey Foundation Vote on your favorite appetizer/cocktail pairing. The non-profit being represented by the winning team will receive $500 from Birch! (bartenders will also be donating all of their tips to their non-profit) Do all of this while you enjoy good company, sunshine, and live entertainment from our own Andru Gomez.
