Meal planning will help you choose fresh, seasonal produce, maintain your pantry and enjoy nutritious meals throughout the week. The Northern Tier Center for Health (NOTCH) will host the Healthy for Life® Experience, Weekly Meal Planning Made Easy, an evidence-based nutrition educational experience developed by the American Heart Association in collaboration with Aramark to improve community health through better nutrition. In this experience you will explore healthy recipes and then build your our own weekly plan and shopping list while learning how to take advantage of sales and coupons. Meal planning will help you maintain a healthy pantry, choose seasonal produce items, and eat nutritious meals throughout the week, even on a tight schedule and budget! Part 6 in a 6-Week Series.
