Also known as Mei Fun, this take-out dish is easy to prepare and customize for your taste and dietary preferences. Traditionally made with a mix of shrimp, pork, and vegetables, then tossed with thin rice noodles and tied together with egg and curry powder. The key is to have everything ready to go and to not crowd the wok. Instructor: Lindsay Smith FAQsIs this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients. If you attend a class with a partner, you will be sharing a station (table for two). You will be provided additional ingredients to share and prepare with your guest.
