Spend a fun summer evening learning how to make your own sushi rolls! We will show how to make the perfect sushi rice, customize your rolls with a variety of ingredients, and even add some flair to your presentation. Each student will make 3–4 rolls, including a fun desert roll. Come prepared to roll, create, laugh, and eat! Instructor: Lindsay Smith FAQsIs this a demo or hands-on cooking class? This is a HANDS-ON cooking class. Instead of group cooking and family style eating, everyone will now have their own station, utensils, equipment, and ingredients. If you attend a class with a partner, you will be sharing a station (table for two). You will be provided additional ingredients to share and prepare with your guest.
