Vtec is a subcontractor janitorial resource for established business offices in the greater part of San Francisco. We maintain excellent service to our clients the first time and every time for consistent results before the beginning of business the next day. All Vtec employees work independently and collaborate with managing staff to coordinate a work schedule that suits everyone's needs and abilities.
Preferred candidates will be reliable and strong communicators in order to be vocal about their needs to complete the job timely, efficiently and safely. They will be very organized, keep excellent records, and have great attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications
1 year experience
Ability to operate wax, polish, and carpet cleaning equipment. Light maintenance of equipment is a plus, but not required.
Must be able to wear personal protective equipment when using cleaning materials.
Knowledge of the metropolitan San Francisco area and parking restrictions.
Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
Ability to lift 30 lbs easily and repeatedly.
Ability to bend, crouch, stand, and walk for extended periods of time.
Duties and Responsibilities
After business hours cleaning and sanitizing tasks including but not limited to:
Emptying trash/recycling receptacles, dusting, sanitizing, vacuuming, polishing, waxing business offices and corresponding restrooms during the designated time frame with excellent results.
Excellent record keeping including time keeping, mileage between work sites, and related receipts.
Track and coordinate inventory needs to managing owner.
Wages will be paid bi-monthly with accumulated PTO and Sick time in accordance with local laws.
Reimbursed parking and mileage.
Our success relies on you. Excessive absences, inappropriate behavior, and poor quality of service will not be tolerated. Performance will be evaluated often by manager and client feedback.
