A celebratory class for women to call forth their pleasure using breath work, meditation, and dance. In this playshop you will be guided through celebration practice, a grounded meditation to establish presence in the body, a breath work practice designed to expand and move pleasure energy and sensation throughout your body, and we will close with dance/ movement. This is a welcoming, responsible, and celebratory space for women and vulva owning bodies. Please bring a yoga mat I encourage you to wear something loose you can breathe and move in. Optional: Journal and pen. Blanket *Christiana Marie is a Somatic and Embodiment Coach for Women's Pleasure and Desire. She supports women through blockages around their desire and pleasure with techniques designed to create sensitivity in the body that allow for a woman to feel more pleasure. She is also a celebrated dance fitness instructor who is known for her high energy and celebratory dance classes that elevates a persons spirit.
