Experience a transformational breathwork practice to invite in healing; Mind, Body, Heart, and Spirit. During this 4-hour workshop, participants will learn a method that uses conscious connected breathing and body-mind techniques to support the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels of being. Participants are encouraged to allow whatever is happening to emerge as they breathe deeper and faster. Occasionally energy release work is offered to move past a blockage, and the facilitator will provide assistance if required. After the breathing session, there is time to capture the experience through artwork and mandala drawing. Followed by a supportive sharing circle where participants are free to share as much or as little as they wish about their art and experience. Past participants of Soul Journeying Breathwork have experienced; a deep sense of inner peace, personal insights, healing lessons, connection to the inner soul, and feeling of joy and bliss. Soul Journeying Breathwork: Soul Journeying Breathwork invites the breather to explore breathing techniques and movements that allow you to enter into higher states of consciousness and experience deep relaxation. In this state, our inner healer can discover our innate wisdom and profoundly transform experiences and traumas. What to Expect: Breath, Movement, Music & Mandalas Guided light movement + learned breathing exercises Practice deep transformational soul journeying breathwork Experience profound relaxation Express your experience through art Share your art and experience in a supportive circle Enjoy the benefits Attending the Workshop: Dress comfortably for light movement Most importantly, prepare to fully surrender to the process Have a light meal prior, food no less than 1-2 hrs before the session (full bellies make it hard to do breathwork)! Be ready to Breathe Into bliss. *This type of breathwork should be avoided by anyone with a history of the following: cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, aneurysms, epilepsy, significant recent physical injuries, or surgery.
