Maintenance Person needed for commercial office building maintenance work. * Good communication and listening skills. * Must be able to read, write and speak English. * Bilingual using English and Spanish a plus. * Must have the ablity to work independently and as part of a team. * Flexibility to work with changing priorities and a variety of tasks. * Ability to respond quickly to emergencies. * Possess general knowledge of tools, materials, and methods for minor repairs on electrical and plumbing components, use of equipment, dry wall repair and painting. * Maintain a professional attitude. This position deals with outside personnel such as tenants and vendors on a regular basis. * Must be able to problem solve. * Must be able to lift up to 50lbs; requires physical exertion such as frequent bending, stooping, reaching overhead, walking on uneven ground * Cleaning and prepping for painting and general housekeeping of all mechanical areas to include but not limited to; pipes, equipment, ducts, fan units, floors, walls, doors, railings. * Help with the escorting of other trades, when necessary, an example would be escorting the Fire Life Safety vendor when they are doing the quarterly and annual fire and sprinkler inspections. * Helping with the general repairs and special projects done on a daily basis. * Changing of lights. * Working Hours to be determined  * Must have valid California drivers license * Must have own transportation (Pickup truck preffered) * Insurance benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision * Opportunity to earn bonuses
