Description
Maintenance man to deal with 8 rentals city of Charleston.
Should be able to do replacement windows, basic carpentry, laminate flooring, PLUMBING,
Change lightbulbs, decks, siding, supervise others.
20-40 hours weekly.
Salary depends on skill set
Range 10-18. Increase after 90 days
Paid weekly.
MUST HAVE TRUCK n TOOLS
Ok with weekends n after your full time job for right person
