Description

Manages and maintains CEO’s professional and personal calendar in Microsoft Outlook, including assisting the CEO with personal scheduling (e.g., family events, doctor and other appointments, personal travel, etc.) applies understanding of executive's priorities in scheduling meetings. Prepares travel arrangements (domestic and international) and creates detailed itineraries. Help with daily time management. Keep up with social demands of a family of four. Childrens ages 11 and 8. Candidate must have reliable own transportation. Additional Responsibilities include: •Managing vendors • Helping with house hold chores • Getting kids ready for the day. • Finding interesting community activities for the children • Child sitting some evenings are required • Shopping and running errands as requested • Organizing weekly menus and cooking healthy meals for the family on a daily basis • Driving kids to events, school and appointments • expected to walk small dog and bring to groomer • care for family vehicle, making sure is always clean. • Some travel may be required for a week or so. This is a 6 hrs a day position in 2 locations office and home but it can be more hours depending if helping with an event or evening sitting. Candidate needs to be flexible. A background check will be performed.
