We are looking for an experience Estimator with at least 3 years of experience working for a General Contractor on construction projects. Candidate must know Xactimate and should have experience in Insurance restoration work. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right person. Salary will be commensurate with your experience. Job Responsibilities: • Customer Service • Job documentation – notes made daily • Sub-Contractor scheduling • Project Management – visit job sites daily • Set and manage budgets •Deal with Permits/Inspectors/Engineers/Clients. •Making sure jobs are on time and on budget. Skills Needed: • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – must be fluent in English – Spanish is a PLUS • Must have clean driving record • Computer literate in MS Word, Excel, internet, basic office programs • Ability to work in Xactimate is required • Problem solver with a can-do attitude, must be flexible • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously We are a drug free - Equal Opportunity Employer.
