Here’s a quick overview of the Leaders’ Roundtable and why we now have two: Six times each year StrongLead and Catawba Valley Leadership Foundation host a Leaders' Roundtable. These events bring together leaders in our area for 90-minutes of topic-based learning, a quick-hit of encouragement, and the opportunity to connect with others. The success of these events in the past has led us to create a Leaders' Roundtable in Caldwell County and Catawba County, in addition to one in Burke County. The three separate meetings will be based on the same content but will allow us to invest in a larger number of leaders in our area. This also allows you to choose a date and location that works best for you! You are welcome to attend any roundtable event so long as there are available seats. July Topic: Learning Adaptive Change In times of transition, flux, and new challenges, leaders have to adapt and they have to lead others to adapt. In this month’s Leaders Roundtable, we’ll look at five principles for leading adaptive change using the movie Moneyball. Don’t worry, if you’re not up on movies or baseball, the session will still be valuable for helping you lead through change. Space is limited to 20 people.
