We are offering an intermediate to advanced winemaking class, led by Ira Barrett from Lazy Bear Winery in Pickens. Ira is one of the top winemakers in the Upstate, and his wines are award-winning. The class will cover making fruit wine from start to finish, and participants will get to try finished wines from Lazy Bear and some beautiful charcuterie trays. In addition, each participant will get a bottle of wine. This class is perfect for the person who may have started with wine kits, and would like to increase their knowledge on fresh fruit winemaking. Class space is limited to 20 people, so sign up today!
