Hey everyone, my name is Eugene. I was found in cookeville Tennessee roaming the hot streets in the summertime. I was suffering from severe allergies and this made me look a little different. Most people shooed me away or told me I was ugly, I just wanted someone to pet me. Thankfully my foster mom has worked with a rescue for many years and begged them to let me into this rescue and they said yes!! My foster mom worked with a team of wonderful people to find me in the streets and get me to my foster home. Here I am spoiled and loved beyond measure and am getting better everyday. On my first day I could barely move, my skin hurt badly. Now I can run some, love walks, love playing with my fur siblings and my hair is growing back! I’m not quite perfect yet though, my eye is giving me some trouble and the vet has strongly suggested I go to a specialist, but this costs money. That’s where you come in.
