Dear Friend,
Automation Arts will be hosting the 12-hour softball marathon game benefiting the American Cancer Society on Saturday, July 23, at Sunnyvale Park, Wausau. In addition to the game, there will be a “Celebration of Life” event celebrating those who have survived cancer as well as remembering those loved ones that have been lost to cancer. The game will start at 8am on field #8 and the “Celebration of Life” will begin at 3pm under the circus tent. Live music, food trucks, and outdoor games will be provided for the large gathering. Upon conclusion of the softball game at 8pm, we will conduct a candle lighting ceremony to honor loved ones who have been lost to cancer.
All sponsors will be recognized electronically on a large display at the event. The top forty sponsors, according to size of donation, will also be recognized by having their names printed on the back of the ball players’ t-shirts. Sponsors wishing to take advantage of the t-shirt printing opportunity need to confirm their sponsorship by June 30.
All donations should be made out to The American Cancer Society and mailed to:

We sincerely appreciate your time and consideration! Let’s make this the summer party for central Wisconsin!
