Basecamp Fitness-Woodbury is coming back to one of the hottest spots in Woodbury: 3rd Act Brewery. This workout will be outdoors on the turf patio, weather-permitting. Bring water. Members and non-members invited. This event is open to anyone, but you must register in advance! This will be a bodyweight-only workout so you do not need to bring any equipment besides a workout mat. Spots are limited so RSVP!
