Come join us as we highlight Rodney Strong with this Symmetry Wine Dinner. Guests will have the opportunity to try their hand at blending wine just like at the Rodney Strong winery in Sonoma. After blending enjoy a 5 course paired meal and learn about the wines and Rodney Strong in general. Extremely limited seating available. Tickets are $165 per person plus tax and gratuity. Ticket also includes free valet parking. Doors will open at 5:45pm to purchase cocktails. Menu for the evening: 1. Nuts and Berry Salad – Candied walnuts, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, feta cheese, crispy field greens dressed in honey vinaigrette. Paired with Rodney Strong Charlotte’s Home Sauvignon Blanc. 2. Scallops Carbonara – Jumbo Pan Seared Scallop, pulled bacon, creamy carbonara style sauce. Paired with Rodney Strong Chalk Hill Chardonnay. 3. Mushroom Potato Risotto – a rich mushroom risotto. The risotto is not made from rice in this dish, it’s made from potatoes. Paired with Rodney Strong Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. 4. Pistachio crusted Manhattan Filet – The Manhattan filet is cut from the eye of the strip steak, pan seared to medium rare then crusted in pistachio, a rich red wine demi, confit shallots and garlic, finished with black garlic butter. Paired with Rodney Strong Symmetry. 5. Gilded Chocolate Covered Strawberry – long stem strawberry, dark chocolate, gilded with a kiss of gold dust. Paired with Rodney Strong Fine Gentlemen’s Port.
