I’m looking for some hvac techs in the Baltimore and surrounding area. I own a small hvac business in the Baltimore area and looking to subcontract out some work. It will be a 1099 pay basis. We can negotiate pay options (flat rate, profit percentage, possibly hourly for the right person/crew, and bonuses) these are just some examples. If you do not hold a master license that is fine you can work under mine. All work must done to code and look good, I appreciate people who still take pride in their work so **hacks no need to respond**. Shoot over a email and I will get back to you. Please have some pictures of work, any references if available and any questions you may have for me. I will require a subcontractor agreement and 1 year labor warranty for all work.
